Balance is difficult to establish and maintain, but thankfully healing isn’t something we have to navigate alone. Sharlita works with clients to resolve mood (depression), anxiety, trauma, BPD, and dependent personality-related issues. In session, the goal is to listen to you, teach you, and encourage you, through providing psycho-education, teaching healing techniques, and holding space for open discussion and vulnerability.

Sharlita is a dedicated wellness practitioner that has specialized experience supporting individuals, ages 18-60, through traumatic experiences (managing grief and loss, childhood traumas, multi-generational issues, etc.), life transitions (adjustment issues, phase of life concerns, new relationship concerns, new life stressors, etc.) and relationship challenges (attachment/adoption wounds, break ups, poor boundaries, marital conflicts, parenting stressors, etc.). Together we will uncover what inspires you, discover your inner strengths, and collaboratively work to actualize the dreams you have for the future, so you can start living a life full of inspiration and fulfillment.

In session, Sharlita provides Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy, Brief Solutions-Focused Therapy, and ACT and DBT Techniques, while also incorporating Psychosomatic (mind-body) approaches to aid healing that supports the whole person. Sharlita’s approach is collaboration, which is client lead, client-paced, and involves her coaching you toward your goals.

In her spare time, she enjoys travel, cross-fit, kayaking, Thai ramen, and cuddling up with a good book. In order to move forward we have to look at the past and assign a different meaning to it. I look forward to listening to you!
