I am a compassionate and collaborative therapist with experience supporting adults and young adults in a variety of settings. I enjoy working with folks of all backgrounds and hold a special interest in those who are Black and brown. I truly enjoy seeing my clients reclaim their lives with authority. I have experience partnering with folk who present with depression, anxiety, thinking disorders, coping skills, Men’s issues, and chronic health conditions like HIV. I utilize an integrated approach to therapy that incorporates a multicultural framework and psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy, interpersonal process, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy approaches. I use a mixture of directive and nondirective approaches to help clients reshape their worldview. I envision our sessions to be restorative, refreshing, and affirming.

I will be sure to hold space for all of you and help fortify value and work towards increased authenticity. Together, we can work towards constructing a life that is free of constraints. You are stronger than you know, and I would cherish the opportunity to help you lean into your power. I truly look forward to partnering with you.

When I am not being your hype man, in my spare time, I enjoy playing competitive tennis, watching documentaries, spending way too much at Barnes and Noble, cooking, playing video games, and traveling.
