Life happens to all of us; stressors are inevitable, unresolved feelings may arise, and it can all be just a little bit overwhelming. Despite our best efforts we may find ourselves overly stressed, alone, anxious, or just tired. Whether it’s dealing with a transition, a loss, a tragedy, a relationship, or just the daily highs and lows, we all deserve a place to decompress and process what life throws at us. Maybe this is a tough season for you, or maybe you just need support as you work on your goals. Therapy should act as both a safe space filled with warmth and compassion, and a brave space that challenges and empowers. Whatever your reason for pursuing therapy, my mission is to empower you to understand that your weaknesses and the traumatic events of your past, do not define you or minimize your impact. When working with you, I will operate with compassion and respect, and I will aim to create a space where acceptance and understanding are top priorities.

I have experience working in a trauma informed care setting with survivors of crime, as well as clinical case management for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This experience has strengthened my belief that you are your own best expert; my goal is to help reveal your strengths to empower you to go after your best self.

No one can define your identity, your values, or your dreams for you but together we can establish realistic goals, assess value systems, navigate vulnerability, discover personal insights, and master coping strategies so that you feel fully equipped and empowered to be the person you want to be. I am honored to be a part of your journey! Make the move and do this for you!

Fun Facts: I love engaging in new experiences, from cooking classes to trapeze classes to dance classes. I love being an extrovert and spending almost all my time with my friends and my dog.
