Rosita is a Licensed Counselor that has worked in both the educational and clinical setting. She attended the University of Maryland, College Park and Trinity University. Working with adults, minorities, couples, adolescents, kids and families is her passion. Using various modalities of cognitive behavior, person centered therapy, brief solutions focused therapy with room to incorporate other eclectic approaches allows her to meet the individual needs of each client.

As a therapist, Rosita believes in working from a strength based approach that is holistic and guided by the individual needs of the client. Her approach is straightforward, warm, and inviting, creating a safe space for you to feel supported and accepted. Seeing her clients win and overcome in their mental health journey is one of the most rewarding accomplishments.

When she am not serving others as a therapist, Rosita enjoys being with her family, watching and playing sports, reading, and traveling.
