With a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Allegheny College and currently pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Johns Hopkins University, Isis is committed to promoting mental health and wellness, especially within African-American communities. She actively works to break down the stigma surrounding therapeutic services. She specializes in utilizing principles from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and has experience assisting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-confidence issues, and financial hardships.
