Hello! I support adolescents and adults with life transitions, stress, burnout, anxiety, ADHD, and sports performance. As a queer, Asian American clinician, I am attuned to how culture, identities, societal systems, -isms, and family dynamics shape well-being and am especially supportive of queer and trans youth and adults, athletes, and anyone navigating multiple marginalized identities. I appreciate the strength it took to seek help.

My goal is to create a safe, non-judgemental space where you feel seen and heard to show up as you are. I aim to provide care that honors your individuality while respecting your cultural values. My approach is client-led, client-paced, strength-based, and solution-focused. It is further informed by feminist theories,
social justice, and a lifelong mindfulness practice.

I am earning my master’s in clinical mental health counseling at Trinity Washington University and am under the supervision of Dr. Princess Souvenir, LCPC and Kayla Williams, LCPC. I have a B.S. in biomedical engineering from Brown University and am a certified personal trainer through NASM. My professional advocacy work began with advocating for unstably housed youth of color at the NW Network of LGBTQ Survivors of Abuse, and brought me to New Zealand Rugby, where I uplifted opportunities for girls, women, Māori, and Pasifika participants. My personal experiences with international high-performance sport sharpened my awareness of stress, isolation, imposter syndrome, and burnout that can accompany those environments.

In my spare time, I can be found picking up a new sport with friends, embracing nerdy interests, practicing languages, gardening, and cuddling with my two cats. I am conversational in Mandarin Chinese and ASL.
