Hello! Tiffany is a dual alumna of Bowie State University, where she earned a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. With over five years of experience, she brings both passion and purpose to her work, grounded in a lifelong desire to help others become the best versions of themselves. Guided by the belief that “with great power comes great responsibility”—a quote from Uncle Ben—she approaches her work with intention and care.

As a clinician, Tiffany believes there is no one-size-fits-all path to healing. Using a multimodal approach, she integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness practices, and art therapy to create a personalized and meaningful experience for each client. She enjoys thinking outside the box and brings creativity, curiosity, and flexibility into the therapeutic space, helping clients navigate life’s challenges in ways that feel authentic and empowering. Whether it involves reframing thoughts, cultivating present-moment awareness, or exploring self-expression through creativity, she works collaboratively with clients to discover what truly works for them.

Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys spending time outdoors and loves being near the water. She stays active through yoga, pole dancing, and gym workouts. At heart, she is a homebody who values cozy nights in, often curling up on the couch with loved ones while enjoying a good movie or show and snacks.
