Between the microaggressions that can come from working in the corporate setting, stress that comes from school assignments while navigating social groups, or dating and marriage highs and lows, life comes with so many obstacles and no manual on how to manage them. You have the capability and the strength to push through, and I believe that working together can help you to achieve the desired outcome.
I am a graduate of the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and a scholar-practitioner at Walden University who believes that therapeutic interventions can be utilized to help clients live the life they envision for themselves. Everyone deserves an opportunity to find happiness and calm in life, regardless of what is being thrown your way. My goal is to help clients to learn ways to handle those stressful situations and work towards happiness that is created by them and them alone.
In my spare time, I enjoy watching movies, playing with my silly pup, playing volleyball, playing bass guitar, and exploring the genealogy of my family.
