Ashley earned her Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Towson University, where she was trained in a program that values social justice, advocacy, and creating space for every voice to be heard. As an Afro-Latina therapist, Ashley understands how identity, culture, and community can shape the way we experience life and mental health. She’s passionate about helping clients find alignment between who they are, what they value, and how they show up in their world.

Life can leave us feeling alone, misunderstood, or overwhelmed, like we’re just trying to keep it all together. In those moments, it’s easy to forget that we don’t have to go through things on our own. Ashley offers a supportive, judgment-free space where you can explore what’s getting in the way of feeling grounded and learn tools to reconnect with your most authentic self.

As a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor, Ashley has experience working with adults navigating depression, anxiety, past trauma, mood disorders, and feelings of social or cultural isolation. Her approach is integrative, drawing from various therapy styles to determine what works best for you, and is always centered on cultural understanding, identity, and practical coping strategies that are meaningful to you.

When she’s not in session, Ashley finds joy in movement and connection. You can catch her at a Pilates class or hosting friends and family with good food and music.
