Reaching out for support takes courage. Whether someone is feeling overwhelmed, navigating a life transition, managing anxiety or stress, or trying to make sense of their experiences, therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with oneself.
Brandi believes that each person is the expert on their own life. Her role is not to tell clients who to be or what to do, but to walk alongside them—helping them uncover their strengths and use those strengths to navigate challenges, make meaning of their experiences, and move forward with confidence.
Her work is grounded in person-centered, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), and narrative therapy approaches. Together with clients, she explores how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected, while also examining the stories people carry about themselves and their lives. Because no two people are the same, she approaches therapy with flexibility, adapting her style and strategies to meet each person’s unique needs, goals, and circumstances.
Brandi brings over 22 years of experience as a special educator, classroom teacher, educational leader, and school counselor. These roles have shaped her ability to truly meet people where they are—with patience, empathy, and practical support. Her background has given her a deep understanding of how life experiences, environments, and challenges shape the way people think, feel, and grow.
At the heart of her work is the belief that each person holds resilience, insight, and the capacity for change. When people feel heard, supported, and empowered, meaningful growth becomes possible. She is committed to helping clients discover their strengths and use them to create a path forward that feels authentic and sustainable.
