Your journey, with all its complexities and unique turns, deserves a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. I am here to walk alongside you—whether you’re facing career, school, or other life transitions, adjusting to cultural shifts, or seeking guidance for your family. My priority is to center your needs: creating a nurturing and safe environment where you can express your authentic self and explore avenues toward healing and growth.
I offer culturally responsive care for individuals, youth (ages nine and up), families, and groups. My therapeutic approach is relational, strength-based, and trauma-informed, and includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy. Whether you are navigating the challenges of anxiety, depression, or family changes, or searching for grounding in a fast-changing world, together we will co-create strategies to support your mental and emotional well-being.

I believe that your background, identities, and lived experiences are vital to the counseling process. My work is rooted in deep empathy and respect for your journey—no matter where it began or where you hope to go. I am committed to helping you cultivate resilience, rediscover joy, and build the life you envision for yourself.
My professional journey began in education and public service—fields where I learned the importance of nurturing growth and fostering community. I’m currently completing my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree with a specialization in Trauma Therapy at Antioch University New England. I am completing my advanced clinical training at Turntable Counseling under the supervision of Asia Rodriquez, LCPC and Kayla Williams, LCPC.
Alongside this, I am a certified yoga and meditation teacher, integrating mindful movement and relaxation techniques into my sessions to create a nurturing and balanced therapeutic experience.
Outside of work, you might find me unwinding with a good sci-fi movie, exploring new cultures through language practice, or enjoying quiet moments walking along nature trails or near the water. I believe in nurturing growth through understanding and empathy. Let’s work together to help you evolve and bloom into the best version of yourself.
I look forward to welcoming you into a safe and supportive space where your unique identity and experiences are honored every step of the way.
