I offer a warm, affirming space where clients can slow down, feel supported, and explore their experiences without judgment. My goal is to help clients feel truly seen and understood while working together to build self-awareness, emotional insight, and a deeper connection to themselves. My therapeutic approach is informed by person-centered, feminist, and Gestalt principles, emphasizing authenticity, empowerment, and honoring each individual’s lived experience.

I am especially passionate about supporting individuals from minoritized and underserved communities and recognize the importance of culturally responsive, inclusive care. I strive to be mindful of how identity, culture, and systemic factors shape mental health, and I work collaboratively with clients to navigate challenges, reclaim their narratives, and move toward healing and wholeness at their own pace.

My areas of interest include identity exploration, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and the impact of societal and cultural pressures on emotional well-being.

I am a counseling intern currently completing my clinical training at Johns Hopkins University under supervision.

Outside of the therapy space, I enjoy scenic hikes, traveling, trying new foods, and spending quiet moments watercoloring.
