Cianne works with adults across Maryland who are seeking a therapist who understands the complexity of identity, culture, sexuality, and lived experience. Her work is especially supportive of women and people of color, LGBTQIA+ individuals, kinky and gender-expansive people, and those navigating intersecting marginalized identities. As a neurodivergent therapist, she also offers an affirming space for clients with diverse sensory needs and ways of being, creating care that honors the full range of human experience.

Her therapeutic approach centers on cultivating a warm, non-judgmental environment where clients can show up exactly as they are. She integrates liberation-focused, trauma-informed, and collaborative practices to help clients explore their internal narratives, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change. She provides EMDR therapy that is thoughtfully tailored to each client’s pace, goals, and nervous system needs. Through grounding, mindfulness, and resourcing practices, she helps clients build safety and empowerment throughout the healing process.

CIanne’s advanced training, including Sex Education as Resistance with Ericka Hart, shapes her work in helping clients reclaim connection to their identity, body, culture, pleasure, and the full spectrum of their humanity. When appropriate, she also incorporates literature and reflective exploration as tools to deepen insight and support healing.

Clients often describe working with her as affirming, grounding, and deeply supportive. Many share that they feel genuinely seen, welcomed, and understood in a space that honors every part of their identity. Her clients value the balance of warmth and clinical expertise, the collaborative nature of therapy, and the intentional pacing of EMDR that allows them to feel safe, empowered, and more connected to their inner voice.

Outside of the therapy room, Cianne enjoys reading romance, horror, fantasy, and nonfiction about Black trailblazers, animals, and the natural world. She also enjoys crafting, watching anime, spending time with her dog, and listening to records. When she has the opportunity to step away, she loves traveling, exploring new places, and spending meaningful time with loved ones.
