Natalie Williams, an alumna of The University of Maryland Baltimore County, began her journey in mental health by identifying her purpose in helping people navigate life stressors. With more than 10 years of practical experience in human services and behavioral health, she’s worked in daycares, psychiatric facilities, schools, and outpatient care. She later earned her master’s in clinical mental health from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

Natalie is driven to combat the stigma surrounding mental health by providing psychoeducation and awareness to increase behavioral change within marginalized communities. With a focus on children, adolescents, young adults, and families, Natalie helps those struggling with overwhelming stress to find tools for coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and isolation. She also provides support for individuals dealing with autism spectrum disorder, mood and behavioral issues. She offers a safe, welcoming environment for those seeking comfort and a path toward greater well-being.

Natalie is a proud African American woman from the DMV area (the District, Maryland, and Virginia). She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching movies and series (psychological thrillers, musicals, rom-coms, etc.), and traveling the world to learn about other cultures’ lived experiences. Most days, you will find her at home with her fur baby, Lilo, sharing a bag of ranch sunflower seeds while watching a movie in her fuzzy socks.

Let’s Root for Each Other and Watch Each Other Grow.
