Are you ready to get your I.S.H. together (that stands for Inner peace, Self-care, and Happiness)? I received my Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and my Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs.
I have clinical experience working with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges, body dysmorphia, and a hard time adjusting to life’s challenging moments. Using evidence-based treatment modalities, I help my clients explore their thought processes and emotions in order to engaged in self-serving behaviors to ride this wave we call life rather than just keep their heads above water. I regularly assign homework assignments outside sessions so that clients use opportunities to practice their therapeutic skills in real life situations.
In my spare time, I enjoy watching anime, cuddling my cat, and reminiscing about sunny days on the beach.
