Completing her Bachelor of Science degree at Christopher Newport University, Asia Farmer found her passion for psychology. Ultimately, she wants to be a mental health professional who owns a clinical-counseling practice and wellness center where she can incorporate all of her passions. Currently, Asia is a graduate student at Bowie State University and a clinical intern at Turntable Counseling.

She wants to help heal others and spread the knowledge of mental illness as issues such as depression, anxiety, fear, and loneliness are prevalent in today’s society. She is passionate about psychology and holistic wellness. She would like for her clients to understand why they are going through what they are experiencing and how they can cope with these unwanted feelings in a natural and holistic way.

While she is most passionate about serving emerging adults, she is able and willing to be of service to all!

In her spare time, she likes to indulge in activities such as: yoga, painting, meditating, journaling, spending time in nature, spending time with her loved ones, and learning the deeper truths about life.
