Antoinette Jackson earned her MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. Antoinette has worked with individual clients, couples, and groups. Antoinette has over 7 years of experience in the mental and human services field. Antoinette has specialized experience working with Adults and Adolescents with anxiety and helping to develop and refine coping skills. 

Antoinette’s therapeutic approach focuses on meeting clients where they are and guiding them to meet their goals. Antoinette hopes that during the therapeutic process you will be able to explore, observe and gain a deeper understanding of yourself. The therapeutic process is aimed to be interactive and collaborative so our work together can be effective.

In her spare time Antoinette likes to travel, cook, and  spend time with family and friends. Antoinette plans to visit 25 different countries by 2025. Antoinette is a true foodie at heart and loves trying foods that she can’t pronounce or spell LOL.
